本サービスは完全貸切・完全オーダーメイドでのご提供となります。ご予約確定直後から、お客様一人ひとりに合わせた事前リサーチ、コンセプト設計、スタッフ・スタジオおよび衣装の手配等を開始するため、以下の通りキャンセル料を申し受けます。

 

【キャンセル料の規定】

撮影日を起算日として、以下のキャンセル料が発生いたします。

 

・ご予約確定後〜撮影日の31日前まで： ご予約代金の30%

・撮影日の30日前〜15日前まで： ご予約代金の50%

・撮影日の14日前〜8日前まで： ご予約代金の80%

・撮影日の7日前〜当日（無断キャンセル含む）： ご予約代金の100%

【日程変更について】

撮影日の30日前までの日程変更は、1回に限り無料で承ります。29日前を過ぎてからの日程変更は、すでに発生している手配・準備コストおよびスタッフへの補償が生じるため、規定のキャンセル料を申し受けた上で、新規予約としての再手配となります。

【キャンセルのご連絡方法およびご返金】

キャンセルのお申し出は、ご本人様確認のため、お問い合わせメール（info@kyokureioiran.com）またはご予約時にお繋ぎした公式LINE等の電磁的記録にてご連絡ください。 お客様都合によるキャンセルの場合、お預かりしている代金から上記キャンセル料およびご返金にかかる各種手数料（銀行振込手数料等）を差し引いた金額を、お客様の指定口座へご返金いたします。

※ご返金にかかる各種手数料（銀行振込手数料等）はお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。

【お支払いとご返金について】

ご予約確定時にデポジットとして体験料金の50%をお支払いいただき、残りの50%（残金）は撮影日の30日前までにお支払いいただきます。 （※クレジットカード等のオンライン決済は、システム導入準備が整い次第ご案内いたします）

なお、お客様都合によるキャンセルの場合、お預かりしている代金から規定のキャンセル料および、ご返金にかかる各種手数料（銀行振込手数料等）を差し引いた金額をご返金いたします。各種手数料はお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。

 

【免責事項】

天災地変、交通機関の運休など、お客様の責に帰さない不可抗力による事由でご来店が困難となった場合は、キャンセル料を免除し、別日程への振替を優先してご案内いたします。

■ Kyokurei Oiran Cancellation Policy

 

This service is provided on a fully private, fully customized basis. Immediately after your reservation is confirmed, we begin conducting preliminary research tailored to each individual customer, designing the concept, and arranging staff, studio space, and costumes; therefore, cancellation fees will be charged as follows.

 

[Cancellation Fee Policy]

The following cancellation fees will apply, calculated from the photo shoot date.

 

・After reservation confirmation through 31 days prior to the shoot date: 30% of the reservation fee

・30 to 15 days prior to the shoot date: 50% of the reservation fee

・14 to 8 days prior to the shoot date: 80% of the reservation fee

・7 days prior to the shoot date through the day of the shoot (including no-shows): 100% of the reservation fee

[Schedule Changes]

We will accommodate one free schedule change if requested at least 30 days prior to the shoot date. Schedule changes requested after the 29th day prior to the shoot date will be treated as a new reservation, subject to the standard cancellation fees, as they incur costs for arrangements and preparations already made, as well as compensation for staff.

 

【How to Notify Us of a Cancellation and Refunds】

To request a cancellation, please contact us via the inquiry email (info@kyokureioiran.com) or through electronic communication channels (such as the official LINE account linked at the time of booking) to verify your identity. In the event of a cancellation due to customer circumstances, we will refund the amount remaining after deducting the above cancellation fee and any fees associated with the refund (such as bank transfer fees) from the payment you have already made to the bank account you specify.

*Please note that any fees associated with the refund (such as bank transfer fees) will be borne by the customer.

【Payment and Refunds】

A 50% deposit of the total experience fee is due upon confirmation of your reservation, and the remaining 50% (balance) must be paid at least 30 days prior to the shoot date. (*We will provide details regarding online payments via credit card, etc., as soon as our system is ready.)

Please note that in the event of a cancellation due to customer circumstances, we will refund the amount remaining after deducting the specified cancellation fee and any fees associated with the refund (such as bank transfer fees) from the payment we have received. You will be responsible for these fees.

 

[Disclaimer]

If you are unable to visit our studio due to circumstances beyond your control—such as natural disasters or the suspension of public transportation—we will waive the cancellation fee and prioritize rescheduling to an alternative date.
