株式会社NARUUP（以下「当社」といいます）が運営する極麗花魁プロジェクトにおいて、お客様の個人情報を安全かつ適切に取り扱うため、以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 個人情報の利用目的 当社は、お客様からお預かりした個人情報（氏名、連絡先、事前ヒアリングでお伺いした内容等）を、以下の目的の範囲内で利用いたします。

 

・本サービス（ヒアリング、ヘアメイク、着付け、撮影等）の提供および連絡のため

・ご利用料金の決済および関連する手続きのため

・サービス向上に向けたアンケートや、今後のご案内の送付のため

・本サービスの適切な運営およびトラブル対応のため

2. 個人情報の第三者への提供および業務委託

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、事前にお客様の同意を得ることなく個人情報を第三者に提供いたしません。 ただし、本サービスにおいて最高品質のプロデュースを実現するため、提携するスタジオ、ヘアメイク、カメラマン、着付け師等（有限会社ニトロブレインを含む）に対し、業務遂行に必要な範囲内に限定して、事前ヒアリング内容やご要望等の情報を共有し、取り扱いを委託する場合があります。その際、当社は委託先に対して情報の厳重な管理を義務付け、適切な監督を行います。

3. 個人情報の安全管理措置 当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏洩を防止するため、必要かつ適切なセキュリティ対策を講じます。なお、クレジットカード決済をご利用の場合、クレジットカード情報は当社では保持せず、決済代行会社が保有及び管理します。

4. 個人情報の開示・訂正・削除 お客様ご本人から個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除等のご請求があった場合には、ご本人確認を行った上で、速やかに対応いたします。

5. 【極麗花魁】プライバシーポリシーへ追記する「禁止事項」
当サービスを通じて制作・納品された写真・動画・テキスト等の著作権は当社および提携クリエイターに帰属しますが、お客様ご自身の個人的なSNSでの発信、セルフブランディング目的での使用、コンテストへの応募などは自由に行っていただけます。
ただし、当サービスの品質とブランド価値を維持するため、お客様には以下の行為を固く禁止とさせていただきます。

・スタジオ内（メイクルームを除く）での、お客様ご自身のスマートフォンやカメラ等による写真および動画の撮影。

・納品されたプロ補正済みの写真データに対し、AIや画像加工アプリ等を用いて過度な二次加工を施し、公の場へ公開する行為。

・法令や公序良俗に反する用途での写真データの使用。

■ Kyokurei Oiran Privacy Policy

 

NARUUP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established the following Privacy Policy to ensure the safe and appropriate handling of customers’ personal information in connection with the Kyokurei Oiran Project operated by the Company.

 

1. Purposes of Use of Personal Information The Company will use the personal information provided by customers (including names, contact information, and details obtained during preliminary consultations) solely for the following purposes:

 

・To provide the Services (consultations, hair and makeup, kimono dressing, photography, etc.) and to communicate with customers

・To process payment for service fees and related procedures

・To send surveys aimed at improving our services and to provide future service updates

・To ensure the proper operation of the Services and to address any issues

 

2. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties and Outsourcing

Except as required by law, the Company will not disclose personal information to third parties without obtaining the customer’s prior consent. However, in order to deliver the highest quality production for these services, we may share information—such as the details of preliminary consultations and your requests—with partner studios, hair and makeup artists, photographers, kimono stylists, etc. (including Nitro Brain Co., Ltd.), and entrust them with handling such information, limited to the extent necessary for the performance of their duties. In such cases, we will require our contractors to strictly manage the information and will exercise appropriate supervision.

 

3. Security Measures for Personal Information We will implement necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information. Please note that when using credit card payments, we do not retain credit card information; it is held and managed by the payment processing company.

 

4. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information If we receive a request from a customer to disclose, correct, add to, or delete their personal information, we will respond promptly after verifying the customer’s identity.

5. “Prohibited Acts” to Be Added to the [Kyokurei Oiran] Privacy Policy

While the copyrights to photographs, videos, text, and other content produced and delivered through this service belong to our company and our partner creators, you are free to post them on your personal social media accounts, use them for self-branding purposes, or submit them to contests.

However, to maintain the quality and brand value of this service, we strictly prohibit customers from engaging in the following acts:

・Taking photographs or videos using your own smartphone, camera, or other devices within the studio (excluding the makeup room).

・Applying excessive secondary editing—such as using AI or image editing apps—to the delivered, professionally retouched photo data and publishing it in public.

・Using photo data for purposes that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
