■ 極麗花魁 利用規約
この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、株式会社NARUUP（以下「当社」といいます）が提供する日本伝統文化体験サービス「極麗花魁（KYOKUREI OIRAN）」（以下「本サービス」といいます）の提供条件および、お客様と当社との間の権利義務関係を定めるものです。本サービスをご予約・ご利用されるお客様は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条（本サービスの内容）
本サービスは、完全貸切・完全オーダーメイドを基本とし、事前ヒアリングに基づくプランニング、地毛結いをはじめとするヘアメイク、着付け、撮影、および写真データ等の納品を提供するプロデュース事業です。
第2条（ご予約の成立とお支払い）
お客様からのご予約お申し込み後、当社指定の期日までに体験料金の50%をデポジットとして銀行振込にてお支払いいただき、当社の入金確認をもって「ご予約確定」となります。
残りの50%（残金）につきましては、ご予約（撮影）日の30日前までに銀行振込にてお支払いいただきます。
お振込み等にかかる各種手数料は、お客様のご負担とさせていただきます。
第3条（キャンセルおよび日程変更）
本サービスはご予約確定直後から、お客様一人ひとりに合わせた事前リサーチ、コンセプト設計、スタッフ・スタジオおよび衣装の手配等を開始いたします。そのため、以下の通りキャンセル料を申し受けます。
キャンセル料の規定（撮影日を起算日とします）
・ご予約確定後〜撮影日の31日前まで： ご予約代金の30%
・撮影日の30日前〜15日前まで： ご予約代金の50%
・撮影日の14日前〜8日前まで： ご予約代金の80%
・撮影日の7日前〜当日（無断キャンセル含む）： ご予約代金の100%
日程変更について 撮影日の30日前までの日程変更は、1回に限り無料で承ります。29日前を過ぎてからの日程変更は、すでに発生している手配・準備コストおよびスタッフへの補償が生じるため、規定のキャンセル料を申し受けた上で、新規予約としての再手配となります。
ご返金について
お客様都合によるキャンセルの場合、お預かりしている代金から上記キャンセル料およびご返金にかかる各種手数料（銀行振込手数料等）を差し引いた金額を、お客様の指定口座へご返金いたします。
第4条（著作権・データ利用および禁止事項）
本サービスを通じて制作・納品された写真・動画・テキスト等の著作権は、当社および提携クリエイターに帰属します。ただし、お客様ご自身の個人的なSNSでの発信、セルフブランディング目的での使用、コンテストへの応募などは自由に行っていただけます。
当サービスの品質とブランド価値を維持するため、以下の行為を固く禁止いたします。 ・スタジオ内（メイクルームを除く）での、お客様ご自身のスマートフォンやカメラ等による写真および動画の撮影。
・納品されたプロ補正済みの写真データに対し、AIや画像加工アプリ等を用いて過度な二次加工を施し、公の場へ公開する行為。
・法令や公序良俗に反する用途での写真データの使用。
第5条（免責事項）
天災地変、悪天候、交通機関の運休など、お客様および当社の責に帰さない不可抗力による事由でサービスの提供が困難となった場合は、キャンセル料を免除し、別日程への振替を優先してご案内いたします。また、本サービスのご利用に関して生じたお客様の損害について、当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。
第6条（規約の変更） 当社は、必要と判断した場合には、お客様に通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約は、当サイトに掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。
■ KYOKUREI OIRAN Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions for the provision of the traditional Japanese cultural experience service “KYOKUREI OIRAN” (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by NARUUP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), as well as the rights and obligations between customers and the Company. Customers who reserve or use the Service are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope of the Service)
The Service is a production service based on the principles of exclusive use and full customization, providing planning based on a preliminary consultation, hair and makeup (including styling with the customer’s own hair), kimono dressing, photography, and delivery of photo data and other materials.
Article 2 (Confirmation of Reservation and Payment)
After the customer submits a reservation request, the customer must pay 50% of the service fee as a deposit via bank transfer by the deadline specified by the Company. The reservation is considered “confirmed” upon the Company’s confirmation of receipt of the payment.
The remaining 50% (balance) must be paid via bank transfer no later than 30 days prior to the reservation (shoot) date.
Any fees associated with the bank transfer shall be borne by the customer.
Article 3 (Cancellation and Schedule Changes)
Immediately upon confirmation of your reservation, we begin preliminary research tailored to each individual customer, concept design, and arrangements for staff, the studio, and costumes. Therefore, cancellation fees will be charged as follows.
Cancellation Fee Policy (Calculated from the shoot date)
・After reservation confirmation through 31 days prior to the shoot date: 30% of the reservation fee
・30 to 15 days prior to the shoot date: 50% of the reservation fee
・14 to 8 days prior to the shoot date: 80% of the reservation fee
・7 days prior to the shoot date through the day of the shoot (including no-shows): 100% of the reservation fee
Regarding Schedule Changes: We will accommodate one free schedule change if requested at least 30 days prior to the shoot date. Schedule changes made after 29 days prior to the shoot date will be treated as a new reservation, subject to the standard cancellation fees, as they incur costs for arrangements and preparations already made, as well as compensation for staff.
Refunds
In the event of a cancellation due to the customer’s circumstances, we will refund the amount remaining after deducting the above cancellation fees and any fees associated with the refund (such as bank transfer fees) from the payment received to the customer’s designated bank account.
Article 4 (Copyright, Data Use, and Prohibited Acts)
The copyright to photographs, videos, text, and other materials produced and delivered through this service belongs to our company and our partner creators. However, you are free to post them on your own personal social media accounts, use them for self-branding purposes, or submit them to contests.
To maintain the quality and brand value of this service, the following acts are strictly prohibited: ・Taking photos or videos inside the studio (excluding the makeup room) using your own smartphone, camera, or similar devices.
・Applying excessive secondary editing to the delivered, professionally retouched photo data using AI, image editing apps, or similar tools, and publishing the results in public.
・Using photo data for purposes that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
In the event that the provision of services becomes difficult due to force majeure beyond the control of either the customer or the Company—such as natural disasters, severe weather, or the suspension of public transportation—cancellation fees will be waived, and we will prioritize rescheduling to an alternative date. Furthermore, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer in connection with the use of this service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
Article 6 (Amendments to the Terms and Conditions) We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to the customer if we deem it necessary. The amended Terms and Conditions shall take effect upon their posting on this website.
