キャンセル・返金・返品について： 当サイトの「Cancellation Policy」に準じます。なお、お客様都合によるキャンセルの場合、ご返金にかかる各種手数料（銀行振込手数料等）はお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。 納品物（データやアルバム等）に契約不適合（データ破損等）があった場合は、納品後7日以内にご連絡いただければ、当方の費用負担にてデータの再送・交換の対応をいたします。 （※当サービスは特定商取引法に基づく通信販売に該当するため、法定のクーリング・オフ制度は適用されません。）

Payment Schedule and Method: After submitting your reservation request, you must pay 50% of the experience fee as a deposit by the deadline specified by our company; your reservation will be confirmed upon verification of payment. The remaining 50% (balance) must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the photo shoot date.
Service Provision Date (Delivery Date): We will provide the services (hair and makeup, kimono dressing, photo shoot coordination, etc.) on the photo shoot date you reserved. Deliverables, such as photo files, will be provided within two months after the photo shoot.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns: These are governed by the “Cancellation Policy” on this website. Please note that in the event of a cancellation due to customer circumstances, any fees associated with the refund (such as bank transfer fees) will be the customer’s responsibility. If the delivered items (data, albums, etc.) do not conform to the contract (e.g., data corruption), please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resend or replace the data at our expense. (*Since this service constitutes mail-order sales under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, the statutory cooling-off period does not apply.)
